It was so cool to see them all go all out in the last few moments of the game, there was so much adrenaline and their thirst for the win was unreal, it's great that Isagi was able to find his own formula and win the game.

Lol the switch when Raichi suddenly punches Kuon was amusing.

The twist where there are no other buildings and players I didn't see coming but at least they won't have as many rivals. I look forward to this solo trial though, I'm sure we'll be seeing a couple from Team Z failing but I'm hoping to see Iemon's style of play since he's the only one from Team Z we haven't seen yet as a striker.

Are you all serious? Watch it again. All 5 buildings were named Building 5 to make it seem like they were all the lowest ranked. There are 125 players in the second selection, not 25.

kaeyasupremacy • 1 year ago

Ego fooling us too

Tox.icle • 1 year ago

just like he fooled the world cup

Asuna • 1 year ago

"There is only building 5"

Seriously like I couldn't imagine what monsters could be better than these already existing monsters

Dokkæbi • 1 year ago

fr i was shitting my pants seeing how those monsters were ranked in the 200s

Enna Allouette's feather • 1 year ago

i just imagine building 1 has players faster than sound, nerves of steel, masterful control, and immense durability

Kirito • 1 year ago

Idk I still don't trust what he say there's probably more maybe it can't just be building 5 that has all the players

Asuna • 1 year ago

So you're saying the rest teams are also V,W,X,Y,Z?
there's no B,C,D? XD that would be hilarious ngl
Ego has some ace up tricks up his sleeve

Albedio • 1 year ago

ego n his mind tricks!so he have more players but they are actually not ranked above these guys, they are more or less equal?

Kirito • 1 year ago

So all this time there were only 1 building and the players are not 1,000+

Kenny Ramos • 1 year ago

bruh, there were at least 60 people there that could be counted, so I'm sure there were more buildings but all of them were Team V-Z.

At 16:47 you can see there are 5 groups of 25, so there were 5 buildings.
At 16:54 Isagi confirms there were other buildings.

Kirito • 1 year ago

I think he meant this is the only building in this areas and the rest is from another place and we can see at the start of episode 1 that there's a lot of people in that house I forgot

Anonymous User • 1 year ago

Ok, that makes more sense

Moon Rock • 1 year ago

imagine if what ego said was a lie (that there wasn't any other players). That would break some souls ngl.

And from what team did that guy (the one who entered in first) come from? You would imagine that he would've stood out if he had been in any matches.

TheGod2169 • 1 year ago

he was from another "building 5." It was kind of confusing when Ego said there were no players from buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4. What he meant was that there are indeed 5 buildings, but they were all named building 5. So the players did get eliminated, but the other team w and team x are from a different building.

7thSigner • 1 year ago

Bruh, that would be big brain. Praying that you are right.
Having at least one more building full of elite level players would be fantastic

QuadL • 1 year ago

They are correct. All five buildings were numbered "Building 5" and all the players were given the absolute lowest numbers. Why? So they would either get depressed and wilt under pressure and then "lock off" or they would be like diamonds and take the pressure like a challenge! All the winners and high scorers now discovered the ruse and are in one building as they go into the individual selection phase.

Albedio • 1 year ago

raichi must really be bakugo's clone, what a crazy punk.not sure how much they should be trusting kuon now,but that punch was some punishment.

Foerr • 6 months ago

Kuon should play defence now lol the tackle was on point

selina • 1 year ago

those first seven minutes were beyond intense🔥

phoenix • 1 year ago

agreed!!!, and at one point where i felt the intensity was reaching it's peak, i kept telling myself dont end, dont end, dont end and then the intro kicked in and i was thinking :o what the hell, now the intro starts, ohh good there's going to be more.

Kirito • 1 year ago

This is probably the only sports anime that comes close to haikyuu , one match in 3 episodes yet not a moment feels wasted, and right when the World cup is on , very clever timing.

Bell Cranel • 1 year ago

Same, this one is my second fav anime of sports genre afyer Haikuu. Though I'm a little sad about Japan losing in the World cup... Seems like they lacked some EGOTISM

nicandro90 • 1 year ago

for real, tho... there were some goal-chances but the player tried to pass instead of shooting ...

i hope that for the next WC they will do some training like BLock... (not LIKE it, because football is still a team sports, so doing a only-striker train is a bit too much.... unless... they do a blue lock for every position, like one Block for bests goalkeeper (at least two), one for best defenders (the best four or five) and so on...

Xyrus • 1 year ago

Japanese are too humble for these lol

Bell Cranel • 1 year ago

I'm asian but not Japanese :p

QuadL • 1 year ago

Really? I'm American but not, um... shoot my country isn't based on anything but a legal system so, yeah, that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

✨Keyaru✨ • 1 year ago

ong bro this is actually on haikyuu level fr

scaracoochie • 1 year ago

Sure lol Blue lock is good but it can't be compared to Haikyuu

신상 Statue of God • 1 year ago

Hell No, Haikyuu is on a way much better level lol
this anime is great and really nice, but there is bad sides and never ever should be compared with the Masterpiece Haikyuu!!!

Ha Pham • 1 year ago

u r corny af

Ichigo Kurosaki • 1 year ago

You're saying that as someone who's seen multiple seasons of Haikyuu and seen how with each season it got better. In comparison Blue Lock's first season starts off way better, getting straight into the action and character growth. It's got a better debut but I can't say if it's gonna keep that momentum in the long run. Haikyuu's payoff games after several seasons is gonna be near impossible to top.

The Architect • 1 year ago

Have you watched Ao Ashi?? Like it's (in my opinion) better than this story wise, like it is goooooddd, so go watch it

Arz • 1 year ago

I like ao ashi and blue lock evenly for different reasons, ao ashi goes more into the technical side of football and strategy as well a realism for people actually trying to make it irl, where as blue lock is more cool and amazing moments talking about the confidence you need as a real player

Rip TF • 1 year ago

Giant Killing is awesome too

Sprayquaza • 1 year ago

I have watched it , but i felt it was lacking in animation.

INCURSIO XD • 1 year ago

Bro world cup about to end and JAPAN didn't qualify .. we thought Blue Lock was real ಥ╭╮ಥ
